bursar-l: credit card fees

Happy New Year! I know everyone is busy this time of year, but if you
have a moment could you answer the following for me? Thanks in advance!

Does your school accept credit cards?

If so, do you (or your processor) charge a convenience fee to the
student for use of the card (except VISA of course) or does your school
absorb the fees?

If you charge fees for online transactions, do you have a separate
terminal or some other way of accepting VISA for a transaction that is
not online?
